FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

No fluff. Here's what most homeowners want to know before they call.

Are you licensed and insured?+

Yes. We're a licensed Florida marine contractor with full general liability and workers comp coverage. Certificates available on request.

How fast can you come out for a boat lift repair?+

Most repair calls in our service area get a same-week visit, often same-day for emergencies. Just call — we'll tell you straight up.

Do you give free estimates?+

Yes — every estimate is free, on-site, and in writing. No surprise charges later.

What areas do you serve?+

Naples, Marco Island, Everglades City, Bonita Springs, Estero and surrounding SW Florida waterfront communities.

Do you handle permits?+

Yes. We pull all required marine and city permits for new dock builds, lift installs and seawall work. You don't lift a finger.

How long does a new dock build take?+

Most residential docks are completed in 1–3 weeks once permits are in hand, depending on size, materials and tide windows.

Wood, composite or Trex — what should I pick?+

Composite and Trex cost more upfront but last 25+ years with almost zero maintenance. Wood looks great and costs less but needs sealing every couple of years. We'll walk you through the trade-offs honestly.

How often should my boat lift be serviced?+

Annually at minimum. A $200–$400 yearly service protects a $15,000+ investment and catches problems before they become failures.

Will piling wrap really extend the life of my dock?+

Absolutely. Marine-grade HDPE piling wrap stops borers and rot dead. It extends the life of your existing pilings for a fraction of the cost of replacement.

What payment methods do you accept?+

Check, credit card, ACH and cash. For larger jobs we use a simple deposit / progress / final structure with no balloon surprises.
