Seawall Leak Warning Signs — Depressions in the French Drain

Not a repair job — a warning. These are the depressions and sinkholes we get called out to look at, and 9 times out of 10 they mean the same thing: your seawall has a crack or blown joint under the waterline, and every tide is pulling soil out of your yard through it. You can't see the actual leak because it's underwater, but you can see the damage on land — a soft spot in the grass, a dip in the gravel French drain, or a hole opening up along the seawall cap.
